Mission
- To unite insolvency administrators operating in the Czech Republic on a professional basis
- To protect and develop the interests of ASIS members, to provide for their needs, and to promote their demands
- To appropriately present the ASIS externally, both at home and abroad
- To create an environment for mutual exchange of practical experience and continuous development of the expertise of ASIS members
- To actively contribute to the continued enhancement of the standard of the legal environment and bankruptcy law procedures
- To develop a platform for improving bankruptcy law, for the harmonisation of practices, and for the insolvency procedure process as such
Tasks and Objectives
- To increase the effectiveness, speed, trustworthiness, and transparency in insolvency proceedings
- To develop a permanent platform for the development of the expert and professional qualities of insolvency administrators
- To strive to improve general awareness and achieve a high level of appreciation for the work of insolvency administrators and confidence in insolvency proceedings as such
- To involve the ASIS in international contacts, exchange of information, and cooperation
- To be in contact with public authorities, self-governance authorities, institutions, and third persons in order to exchange information and engage in closer cooperation
- To engage in cooperation with professional organisations within the AIA’s area of interest
- To provide opinions and recommendations as to disputed or unclear bankruptcy law issues
- To create an independent position of an insolvency proceedings ombudsman and arbitrator
