The Association of Insolvency Administrators provides current information not only to its members but also to persons involved in the sale of asset bases in insolvency proceedings. The Association considers this important not only for potential investors and parties interested in purchasing an asset, but also in terms of ensuring the requisite legal certainty for insolvency administrators that the sale of assets they are engaging in are transparent.
